Cherry Beach still not up after construction has been comple

I would like to know when the Cherry Beach site will be up. The construction at the outer habour seems complete and indeed the outer Harbour's site is working.
I have renewed my 2010 subscription but will need a refund for cancellation if the site is not carried in the near future.
Are there any others out there with a similar requirement?
Please let me know when this will happen.
