As usual, Isobars (and all deniers) don't give the original source of their posting. As usual, he takes it out of context. Here is the posting from October 4, 2017, on the NASA site, in relevant part:

Greenland, the world’s largest island and home to its second largest ice sheet, is a land of ragged cliffs, breathtaking fjords and unimaginable amounts of water on either side of the freezing point. It has also, until now, been something of a mystery.

Quote:
Greenland drew some pointed attention during the world wars and the Cold War, thanks to its strategic location. But it is only today, thanks to rapid climate change, that scientists are beginning to take the full measure of all the earth, rock and ice in a place that’s now raising seas by nearly a millimeter every single year.

Two new studies of Greenland, using sophisticated technologies and large scientific teams to pull together and process the data, have now gone further in taking the full measure of the island through that ever-so-basic scientific act: mapping.

There is good news in here, that the current pace of melting of Greenland glaciers is only a millimeter a year. But Isobars overlooks two important facts. First, the article goes on at length about how more of Greenland's ice is susceptible to warming seas, thus the denier site that ginned him up carefully elided the potential for acceleration. Second, to be sure the melting of Greenland's glaciers is not the only source of ongoing sea level rise.

Critical thinking has been abandoned by the right.

Exactly, and you can add "all glaciers" while you're at it.

Meanwhile, all the expeditions to the arctic this summer failed because of ice. And fall weather has returned to Malibu, so Maui is in the forecast..

NASA announced today that sea levels are falling.

Penguin are dying in Mass because the sea ice is too thick.

Congratulations Bard, you have rung the bell and made the most stupid posting of your entire tenure on iwindsurf. The long term sea level record, and the long term temperature, have noise in them. Sometimes that is just winter and summer. Sometimes that is an event like El Nino where the wind blows long enough and hard enough to raise sea level for many months, hiding the trend. But without anything more than an eyeball, you can see that sea level has been rising for more than 100 years.

People that know anything at all about weather and numbers know this to be true. You should probably be at least a little irritated at the organization that is paid to tell you lies that has made you look so astonishingly foolish.

It's all about transferring those costs to someone else, mostly to taxpayers.

The report, which does not include spending on this year's natural disasters, comes as Congress prioritizes the passage of a major disaster relief bill. (The Associated Press)

That study is probably a bit short on the costs to the general public (not government related spending), I'm sure they didn't take into account the extra amount of money spent at ski resorts, and sporting goods shops related to skiing and snowboarding, as well as travel and lodging related to it.
That's a big chunk of money, millions I'm sure, that hadn't been spent over the prior decade.
Nothing like a decade/plus pause in the natural cycle of warming, to make winter time sports more popular.

It's called evidence NW. Something conservatives are trained to ignore--when they are not busy inventing and re-posting fake news.

I’m listening to him explain the implications of climate change on California water—will there be some when you turn on the tap. 50 peer reviewed papers. Still waiting for this level of expertise on the denier side. http://scrippsscholars.ucsd.edu/agershunov/biocv

More evidence for NW and Malibu to ignore: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/energy-environment/wp/2017/10/26/new-science-suggests-the-ocean-could-rise-more-and-faster-than-we-thought/?undefined=&utm_term=.baa44b50dce2&wpisrc=nl_most&wpmm=1
