I stayed at Harrahs and sailed at Cottonwood Cove, near Searchlight which is about an hour from Laughlin. Katherine's landing is about 20 minutes from Laughlin but the wind was not good there at the time. |

I'll be driving RV, been to San Felipe in past, been courious about the Lake, some folks go to katherine landing, where have you gone to sail?

When I was there, we windsurfed out of 6 mile cove. My kiter buddy and I sailed across the lake to Arizona and found a sick lagoon with butter flat water. This was on a south wind so I am not sure how this spot works on other directions.
I've only been there once so the other guys who posted probably know more about the spot.
