Wow what an epic 4 days we had down at Cape Sebastian, great waves
everyday. Maybe more to come this next weekend.

Damn, you got some great shots. Miss the place, but Jalama and Arroyo Laguna have been decent too.

Well the reason I was able to get great shots, is because of all the great sailors, plus Thursday's waves were mast plus high. I got denied in the impact zone, so taking pictures seemed the next best thing.

It probably doesn't matter as much with one of these silly balloon things you are using now, but why would you want to be any closer to a wave that's closing out like that?

If you are referring to Jason in these shots that open in the post. Yeah he's a bit out there in the trough on those but I think Trudy put that there to show the size of the wave more than anything. There are however some better action shots contained in the link she provided.
