TI access over Labor Day Weekend

The construction work is going to be done on the east span of the bridge. Anybody knows if there will be access from SF?

As far as I know,you need a special residents pass to get to TI until the bridge is opened.

I didn't know that TI was even open to sailing again. I haven't been there for at least a year, but when I was there the launch site was closed. When did that change?

Dude, where you been? This forum is loaded with postings about TI - Great sessions, access issues and the occasional Koozgah-cam video. I've sailed there 20 times this season. It's been a great season this year - you should get out before it's over. Park along NorthPoint in front of abandoned units, walk around them to get to the water. Be polite, discreet and quiet. Boat ramp launch is a breeze.
