Just driven all the way to Eastern Washington en route to Priest Lake Idaho to visit the in-laws and realized I have left my mast foot in California. (Is this a song?) Can anyone recommend a gear shop in Spokane where I can buy "the missing link"?
Thanks for any help.
Cheers,
Steve |

Good luck with that in Spokane!
Probably quicker to contact Windance or BigWinds in Hood River and have them FedEx you the part you need.

FedEx/UPS ordinary ground shipments from Hood River usually arrive in E WA overnight, and since there's no wind forecast in N Idaho in the next 9 days, there's no hurry.

Oddly it's blowing a nice 15mph today in Coeur d'Alene, but not anywhere else around here ie: Sandpoint to the north is currently 5-6mph and Sprague to the west is zero (though the forecast was for 15mph there today).
I heard from a local in Bayview (lake Pend Oreille) he thinks that would be a choice spot for sailing... few boats, nice beach, lots of "steady" wind there. I tried to explain to him that sailing w/o a rudder is pointless (pun) in cove areas.
Not sure about Priest Lake either. Any boardsailer opinions about either? |
