Any OUTCASTs,or kin, going out for SUPper?
I went out just south of the bowl this morning. Waist+, rough, one after another. Felling so good about making the most out of effed up conditions, I'm ready for more.
The cam is also showing things cleaning up.

What about the swimming ban at Nauset? Bacteriaville. We went and looked and then went to CG not that there really should be any difference but mentally seemed better.
Was the ban still on when you were there? _________________ www.Clew-View.com

Jerry:
honest to gawd, I had no freak'n idea that there was a ban in effect. I heard it on the radio at 5.
I saw the swimming ban flag first thing, but thought it was left over from yesterday's NE winds chewing things up.
Family and wife's friend convinced me that one session today is not too shabby.
In spite of the generally subprime conditions, I got a handful of good rides on swells that made it through the mess intact.
One ride made it all. Caught late, upright at the top of the wave, just starting to break below me, my Robert August would have pile driven it if I rode it down the hill, a conscience thought was to get to the back to keep the board level and rode it to the basement, kept on going just on the swell ahead of the foam!!! That ride kept me going wide open all day to go out and do it again.
Tomorrow, test results back or not, I'm heading back for more!!
Please proof and correct as needed R. Bruce.
Good night, Ron C. |

Ron I know your stoke. It is amazing how one good ride with a nice drop and pulling it off can make your whole day!
I am going to hit CG this am as I don't want to waist the time again driving to NB and finding a red flag.

Yo Outcast watch out for the surf natzi that hangs out at Squibknocket. _________________ www.Clew-View.com

Miscellaneous brain burnt ramblings
At 7, I just put the air back in my tires, looking at the forecast, I don't think that the family will be interested in going to the outer beach tomorrow.
I saw someone sup it from the outside all the way in and then caught on to the swells just south of thew bowl and ride that in. It looked like a country mile! A little envious, but happy the the new RA-WIR
The water did sell ripe today, I had my nose closer to it than you guys.
I couldn't keep up with you guys on the count, but got more than my fair share. Almost 2 hours of paddling has put my left shoulder into the red zone
Man it was sweet, especially before the wind started to skuff things up. I even felt I outdid all the lilttle high school punks. It's cool to see their dads out there going for it.
3 pounds of spagetti at 10:45 for lunch gave me energy to cut the lawn, go to the dump and co-lifeguard rugrats at (Jerry's business associate) Leslie N's pool.
On the way home I saw these cool dudes in a big SUV with a stack of boards heading to the beach. WTF, do they know more than us on timing???
We'll ride again guys, RC |
