windsurf survey - please help !!!

Hi everybody,

for my degree dissertation I developed a questionaire for windsurfers asking for sport injuries.
It takes you 5 minutes to go through and no worry - there's not a lot to type or write - 90% clicks !!

PS: if you are a high wind Gorge Rider: there's no chance to mark "I do windsurf on rivers" in that survey - please mark "sea"

It worked perfectly for me, and looked legitimate. Maybe Castello is on a Mac.

Thanks to all who participate in that survey so far. 500 answers from internet forums worldwide speak for themselves...the questionaire is online since one week and runs out end of july.
