Say Phil makes 100% mark up on your Neo-res he is making $5.50 on the product. Now you have to consider that it is shipping and handling. He had to process the order pack it in an envelope that is not free and then go through the shipping process. $7.53 less $2.24 less $1.00 for envelope =$4.29 for his handling.
I consider you lucky that you can even get this service. I charge a flat rate on my shipping and handling of $12.00 for products that I make and sell. If I was him I would not ship anything that costs under $50.00. It is just not worth it. Esp dealing with cheap people like you! Now if you had spent some real money I could see you bitching but please. Do you know how much a Happy Meal is these days?
