I contacted the Florida office where the servers for iwindsurf.com are located. Our IT guys are working on the problem. There seems to be a intermittent and/or regional bug that most often appears on Sundays. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.

Dear Iwindsurf CTO/CIO/ITS Director,

Every weekend site is either slow or unavailable.
Please, fix you code, implement caching, beef up infrastructure. Do what you have to do to FIX THE DAMN SITE!!!

If you lack the expertise, reach out, there are plenty of techies here, but PLEASE stop gving us that "networking problems" BS, that doesn't help your credibility. You clearly have scalability issues.

Thank you.

I have been having this problem all week but not as bad as this morning.
Its been out for up to an hour several times this week. Also phone access has been dead with a server error message during the week.

i've been having the same issue for a couple weeks now. Every day that is windy or a weekend the site lags big time. Please let the IT people know that they need to allow for way more site traffic on peak days.
thanks

yup, same problem: 3rd ROCKED, iwindsurf SUCKED. As usual super slow or NO connection at all when it is windy and/or weekend. Iwindsurf has had all winter to fix and optimize everything; now that the wind has arrived, iwindsurf has left... very dissapointing. 1 out of 10 possible points so far...
