Happy New Year to my wind-harnessing brethren. May 2009 bring you, and to those important to you, happiness, prosperity, health, and steady winds. May 2008 go where it belongs, with only it's lessons remaining, suitably compartmentalized in your mind. Cheers.

Edited for better word choice (suitably for fittingly).

Thank You and right back at you.
I'd like to also include wishes for peace and tolerance and that we all hold some optimism and maintain a positive attitude for this year . Wind wise and other wise.
......................................Happy New Year ! .WS |

And it's off to a great start. It's been quite breezy to very windy and unseasonably warm most of the week, with no end near. The guys who don't mind wearing gloves and booties are getting in a lot of sailing, including a "toasty" 44-degree session right here in town on the Columbia as I type.
AND WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF iW WOULD FIX THIS POSTING PROBLEM IN 2009!

Happy New Year to all of us outdoors folks. I really treasure my mingling with fellow windsurfers. I live in one of these modern golf communities and when I have to go to a party it is BRUTAL! My wife has finally stopped commiting me to these borefests. I am always at home with the windsurfing crew-sure we have some differences and occasional spirited debates but windsurfers are always better company hands down. Have a great new year! |

This new year, I hope that isobars figures it out.
Actually, I pity the poor devil and his dilemma, especially with the onset of 01/20/09.
Life's tough. |
