Make sure all your shots are current. I am a little worried about all the new construction (and landscaping) just above County Line. I bet they built more runoff channels to protect the new properties. |

A kiter was rescued off of Leo. It looked like his kite was in the water and his lines tangled so that he could not fly it. He was in the water a long time and when I spoke to the lifeguard about him he said they gave him a chance to get going but decided a rescue was necessary. The guard paddled out on his paddle board and towed the kiter in. They came in close to Zero's where additional rescue vehicles were waiting. It was a hell of a day at Leo. |

Indeed it was worth it. Rigged a 4.4 and it was pretty much the right size...When it started getting lighter and I couldn't make it over a breaking swell, I got washed around and carried all the way down to the condos. Thus, I received a nice titration of County Line water. No symptoms so far.
It seems as if our clearing winds have gotten stronger lately. I have these old sails (4.1 and 4.4 NP Core) and don't remember really needing them for years. Is this a trend? |

did anyone sail today in SoCal? How was Leo/County/C-Street?
Yesterday was awesome in Orange County, 22-26 at Sunset Beach, but tiny waves. |

As noted by Nealpar, nice at County Line, though the waves were almost non existent. I was happy with a 4.7. |
