He lives on the beach in one of the most beautiful places in the world, yet doesn't kite or windsurf while the locals are ripping it up. Having seen him on the beach in the morning numerous times, he seems like an ok bloke.

I have to say that I couldn't play the video presented in the link, as it was beyond what Adobe offers for my MAC computer system. However, I had the opportunity back in the late 80s to be in the same room with Pierce Brosnan, David Soul, and surprisingly Latoya Jackson too, at the American Airlines Admirals Club on a layover on Oahu at the airport back to LA.

Brosnan was with his wife, and he was a pretty mellow guy there. I didn't engage him at the time, but he was fairly low key and reserved. Soul, on the other hand, was a bit more on edge, as he was decidedly more tripped on his stature. I won't even begin to discuss Jackson here, but she was quite a bit more curious overall and surrounded by many different folks in her party. The whole scene was intriguing, as one would undoubtedly expect, especially given the close proximity of everything.

I would have liked to see the video of Brosnan and his thoughts about SUPs.

Here is an Idea:

Let's have Britney Spears talk about surfing Peahi.

...Or Sarah Palin can talk about saving our oceans. What's the difference between wild and farm-raised salmon? Lipstick.

We must inform Admiral Thorner at once! Now, where did I put my VHF radio?
