What about crowds . Water Lake Level , Weed Conditions etc?
It looks like the only place blowing in this heat wave in cental ca plus there is fog building off the coast down there.
Any cheap but clean hotels to stay in the area?

I stayed at the Motel 6 once, south end of San Luis Obispo, not bad. Lopez crowded on weekends, never had weed problems, lake level under 70% can cause wind to be a bit swirly.
