All,

As long as we're talking about long mast extensions, I heard of an extension that lengthen's the mast, and then the real extension goes into it. Kinda like having two pieces on the end of the mast. Anyone heard of this and/or used one? Comments?

Larry

Extendo, originally made by PX circa 1995 or so.
Comes in 40 and 80cm's, I believe, and they mostly sold the 40's.
Nice piece of engineering, well made, beutifully (god, I can't spell) finished, it also extended the boom reinforcement area up that amount, so your boom attach is dangerously close to the borderline.
