Berk Thursday went out a little early around 2 was well powered right off the third dock...till I hit the windline and it died, for about 1/2 hour. 6.0 and 99 liters, got back in, went back out when it came up, sailed up past the Lordship, felt some good puffs, started coming down, and wham, it hit. Read 27 or so, felt all of that. Got an hour of good stuff, then a slow backoff with very flat water, sailed till 7 in dropping winds.

Isabel delivered. Not blasting, but good fun from 5-6.
Look at PI, point Potrero, and Blunt point sensors to get an idea of Isabel off shore.
Eddy would go!

Flying Tigers from 4:30 to 6:15 Friday, fully powered and even slightly over powered the last 30 minutes on 5.3 /100. Super steady but only three sailors. A little muddy on the way back.

Mon to Fri: Stick, Stick, Stick, Coyote ... home Crying or Very sad (dannazione! I thought there was no wind!). Three days on very powered up slalom (6.6) and one with 4.7 jumping around in excellent swell at Coyote. Today Coyote hoping for a repeat of the 4.7 day.

Now that's windsurfing! Strong ebb with big waves and 30 wind! I tried out my brand new Roberts sailboard, 7'10" and 20.5" wide. First, I was using a 5.0 and then a 4.2 sail. Later, Jason Voss (windsurfinstruction.com) took it for a spin too when I shifted to my Fanatic FreeWave Textreme 85L and a 4.5 sail. Great windsurfing!

I could see they were filling the pool again and was 30 last night.

Arrived a 1:20 rigged a 4.7 and used a wave board.
Very powered to almost overpowered till 4:30 it had pretty much dropped
out of range by 5:15 .
Two others there. Very muggy and clouds overhead.
You probably could have gotten away without a weed fin no weeds
showing on surface but area's where you could see them about .5 feet
down with a few floating 1ft clumps.

Cut 5" off the nose of that Roberts, and you have my RoqueWave. 230x49.
Worked great at Berkeley last week, or once a month.

Slow going getting out and back, but once out there (Brooks Island tip and further), pretty nice from 2:30 to 4. Nothing like last week. Looks like time to relocate to Berkeley!
