Hey,
This is Ben. I am still doing sail and kite repair and boom re-gripping (not trying to advertise, just answering the question).

Right now I don't have drop off points, but I am working on that. If you want I can meet up with you anyone in the middle. I'll do my best to make it nice and convenient.

Turn around is usually about 3-5 days. My repairs are almost always less expensive and more consistent then the sailboat lofts.

Boom re-gripping is $65 including grip. Sail repair is $50 minimum, but that goes pretty far.

Private message me and I will give anyone my phone number and/ or email.

Naturally any business is appreciated.

You can also contact Joe dill at davenport surf sail in Davenport. Down in Santa Cruz. He has all the skills and equipment in his windsurfing shop.
He does all the repair sail or kite for the coast. He also makes board bags and has a complete shop should you need the occasional part on short notice. He is a totaly down guy and will save even the worst damage.

A
Halsey Lidgard Sailmakers‎ - more info »

They do a great job, always get my wave sails repaired with 10mm x-ply.

Delightful gentleman.

Make sure you wash and clean your sails before taking to them. Can turn around in a couple days if you are really polite!
