Mike,
Your astute observation is remarkable. I now understand how you got your government job.

Is that the same site that first laughed at you and then banned you, Brucie? |

GETTING it was the easy part: ya just put "Draft", "Viet Nam", and "1968" in one sentence.

With that in mind I guess I'll attribute your sock puppet accusation to a sad case of PTSD.
If that's not the cause, and I truely hope it isn't, maybe you just need to have your Dick Tracy decoder ring recalibrated.
Too much swervey sailing must make your head spin!

Do you really think that Brucie, who has the skills of a stump (remember: "prabably," "croud," "optain," "asnine," and others), could produce a cartoon series and Web site that sophisticated? |

It is a poop tent. Usually I keep the porta potty inside, but it is better outdoors during extended stays.
When we sleep inside I put the boards on the roof if it's legal, stand them on edge on either side, or just set them under the truck. We have a queen sized air mattress we put on the plywood platform. |

Looks like a fine setup. Vans are great windsurfing vehicles. I know I wouldn't change mine for anything else. _________________ mo |

Since were talking vans (I think), I have a quick question. Does the sun and heat of summer damage un bagged boards next to windows? Do you van folks tint your windows etc to protect gear? Any light shed on the subject is appreciated.

Tint helps cool the interior (also why I buy only white vehicles), protect stuff from uv, and keep prying eyes out.

Narrow minds with small regional biases shouldn't be allowed to prevail. Sure, buy a big van, stuff it full of windsurfing equipment and then go and sleep on the beach while the others sail. |
