That must be some wind, considering that air + water temp can = 75 in midwinter ... plus drizzle. Been there, done dat, generally prefer stubbing a toe. '-)

We gotta find some incentive for the power plant on a plateau just off I-84 east of Arlington to let us use their heated lake.
