County line is at the Ventura/LA county border. Coming from LA, you'll need proof of citizenship, or at least a non-immigrant Visa. Last time I checked, the quota was filled up all the way 'til spring of 2009. Sorry. |

Careful NP! Remember a couple of weeks ago when Gregor predicted "sick wind" for Leo? That's exactly what we got...sick wind and glass! Also, tourists beware, we've had ravenous packs of man-eating dolphins schooling around off Leo lately...just not enough kiters to keep them well fed! Finally, NP, when you sail Isla Vista, be sure to take a can of turpentine and some old rags to clean you and your gear after sailing... the naturally occuring sea tar is everywhere up there and can really make a mess. Take it from a UCSB[useless sunbum] grad, Bull |

Merge to 5 north.
Keep going take 46 west.
Now take the 101 South.
Make a right on rice avenue. This becomes PCH.

At 11:25 the Oxnard sensor shows 31 with gusts to 36, the white caps are huge, and somebody is sailing at County Line...alone. |

Lake Topange delivered the goods, nicely powered with a 5.2! How were County Line and C-Street, I am sure the waves at either of those places were better than Topanga. |
