You can feel a lot sore if you just concentrate on those days on the Cape that have winds around 20 m.p.h. or more. I'm going out today when the winds aren't expected to blow more than 10. It's just to keep the muscles toned and to get some exercise. It's the only way to keep from suffering after every session.

Scooper, awesome pic. I'm enjoying its glow on my desktop as I wait for the next big blow, Sunday morning? Mayflower is the best spot in New England, for my money.

| Yeah, excellent picture, thanks for it. I should have come up for that day but had too much to do around the house. I agree with Dunoyer that that stretch (Mayflower, Chapin, Bayview) can serve up some of the best conditions in the NE. Tomorrow looks like it could be good.
