I'm tired of reading about longboard antics, is anyone gonna take on the winds tomorrow at Kalmus.

Anyone else calling in sick????????

I can't sail on weekdays. It would be nice if one of these warm windy days fell on a weekend. And if people ended all wars and there was no poverty. The odds are probably about the same.

Have a great time!

Scooper, life has it's surprises. At some point, you may find yourself more able to sail on weekdays.. But ending wars & poverty? Now there's a true impossibility.

You guys didn't miss anything.

I don't know where the big winds (predicted) went, but they didn't hit the outer cape.

I ranked it a D. If I got my hair wet that would have been a F.

And I thought that I was missing a fantastic day. Thanks for letting us know so we don't have to be so envious.

The temp for this weekend isn't predicted to get above freezing. I hope they're wrong about that. Don't they know that it isn't supposed to be this cold yet?

I have time available but I'm afraid to trust a forecast and take off. Last Friday I checked the observations before heading to Fogland. It turned out to be a good day for a 7.5. The only one else out was a kiter and he's was doing better than I was, although I didn't have to walk back up the beach.

I'm off this Friday too and will be watching the conditions. I can't use the forecasts for planning because they are not reliable.
