I'm wondering if there exists a website that shows the currents in a visual format for various parts of San Francisco Bay. Kind of like the little freebie tide booklets you pick up at marine supply stores. They have a map with arrows showing currents at particular times relative to the tide changes. Ideally, something like this (which is for wind):

I was sailing Crissy yesterday and was trying to figure out what's going on where the currents get all swirly in the middle. Also, is there a place to go to or to avoid when fighting the flood, where you have a lighter current or even a counter-current to help you get upwind.
