| Well, no more supplements, no more questionable stuff you buy from sports nutrition stores, an occasional fast food, and now able to go to a burrito place and order off the menu. |

Just the opposite: actual, natural FOOD ... the kind your great, great, grandma ate. If it has a nutrition label, it's not likely real food but crap made by man in a factory from what once WAS food ... if ever. My only common exception is whey powder. |
