Yesterday, I finally got a chance to do some ice kiting on Wequaquet Lake. There were three guys out with sails, too. They were blasting away those 4 runner sleds. One guy told me everything was homemade, even the sails. Anyone else out there this weekend?

Weve been ice sailing up north of Boston. This weekend looks like it might be good in the water at the Cape. Temp in the high 40s. Ill probably go to Kalmus.

You New Englanders make me feel ashamed of myself for staying out of Northrn Cal winter waters due to the cold!

The recent storm and thaw has taken away all the ice and most of the snow. The water would still be too cold for me.

Four of us were sailing Kalmus yesterday. The sun was shining and it was close to 50 degrees, decent wind.
