This is a great sail. I have a 2005 6.3 and had a 2003 6.3 that I just replaced with a 2006 6.0 when the 2003 got torn up in the impact zone at Sunset Beach, CA.
For me (84 kg/185 lbs), the 6.3 requires 16 mph wind to get planing in both straps, whereas the 6.0 requires 18 mph.
As for handling, this is the stiffest sail I have ever used: great for waves and freestyle, light or high wind. The high, narrow aspect seems to grab power really well and makes it a great waterstarter.
I do like the 2006 6.0 better though--when there is enough wind for it. It actually feels a lot lighter to me than the 2005 6.3.
