Did a little yahoo search and found that windsurfing is possible on Devils Lake, just north of L.C. (Im assuming you mean Oregon not Indiana or NV). Seems like a nice big lake from the description. You may want to BYO equip though or rent near Portland. Didnt see any rental business like on Flores Lake.

| Sail all the time at Roads End beach Lincoln City, arguably one of the finest coastal sailing locations. For non ocean, the choice is clearly Siletz bay which still has great wind, is very safe and shallow (maybe too shallow at low tide. High tide, with wind, youll be warm and happy. Do check out roads end beach though and see how nice that can be. |
