Sorry NW30, President Obama isn't going to be suckered by a bunch of lame Republicans that won't take responsibility for their actions. Why should the Obama Administration run around picking up the pieces irresponsibly scattered about by the Republicans in Congress. Republicans got the across-the-board cuts that they wanted, and now they got two choices. Take responsibility for the mess that they created, or step up to the plate and pass a more sensible alternative to sequestration. I have no doubt that President Obama would cooperate with the latter path, but it will require that Republicans in Congress accept a more balanced approach to implement meaningful reductions in the deficit over the next 10 years. |

Obama cancelled the White House tour for elementary school kids next week from three distant states because of sequestration ... while spending $180,000 dollars per hour on Air Force One for golf trips AND Michelle spent big bucks going to Aspen. The kids said, "It's OUR house, too; Please let us in." Obama refused. Tour cost? $74,000.
And you people wonder why we consider Obama the sorriest excuse for a president in history.
Fox regular Eric Bolling looked into the camera and stated unequivocally to Jay Carney, twice, on Fox's "The Five" today that he would personally write the check for the tour. We've seen O'Reilly do the same thing several times.
Do Matthews or Hugo Chavez-hugger Larry King ever offer to pay the tab when a viewer is getting screwed? |

The WSJ economics chief predicted on TV days ago, while Obama was crying "The sky is falling on children's heads", that sequestration would, instead, drive the Dow to a new high.
Guess what. |

What! No Easter Egg roll at the White House!?!
How big of a fool does BHO want to make himself?
If this really happens, his approval rating will just tank even more. But in the meantime the government is still willing to pay to find out why so many lesbians suffer from obesity, go figure.
Symbolism over substance, once again,,,,,,,,, if this happens.

I think a functioning government, despite an ignorant population, and a ruling class with great PR, is the thing he wants. And if he's doiing it to boost his ego and play golf with Tiger, go for it. _________________ /w\ |
