I am a beginner and I have a 12m kite. Is this going to be to big for flying in 15-18 mph winds if I weigh 130 pounds?

if its a new bow kite, that should be ok in the 15mph winds...18 may be getting hairy with your lightweightness... post on ikitesurf for better responses...
