I can't tell if it's just my perception, but have we had more waterspouts in New England this year? Over the last twenty or so years I can only remember hearing of a few in really bad storms, not the run of the mill thunderstorms.
It might just be the media being all sensational, but I keep getting calls from people (who actually have TV) saying they've heard there was a spout in my area, or "did you hear what happened to so and so's boat last week?"
Is this something I just never paid attention to? |
