Thanks for the advice, I think im getting a 5/4 with a windproof layer, I dont think it will be too flexable, but i will be warm. And if i get to warm I can always get in the water like someone said

I use a ProMotion wetsuit in the Gorge. The 5/3 is great for cold weather. When it's really cold I add their hooded vest that goes over the wetsuit -really seals up the zipper and keeps your neck and head warm. They also make some great polypro and exo underlayers that are good under the wetsuit.

Inorder that I can say that I sailed in March, I went out on the 31st in my O'Neil Psycho II which I bought from Sail World a year ago. It's a great suit, although it is a surf suit. I have found that the coldest time you have windsurfing would be when you are taking the suit off at the beach. The Psycho II comes off quickly. The new stretchy material enables you to pull it over your heels without any snags. It also doesn't heat up like other suits when the air temps are heating up. The only disadvantage would be in high winds it can chill down. Do a forum search for other threads that explore these points and comparisons.

Ditto. Bought the 5/3 Storm this year... incredibly warm suit. Very flexible, easy on/off. Had a good 45min swim in 41 degree water... wasn't.. er, warm... but hey, I didn't die! Very Happy Actually the suit worked great, just my hands got really cold. Strongly recommend this suit.
