Monday was radically brutal. Even for someone like me that has had so much exposure to temperatures under minus 10 F, it was cold. I have never seen breaking-down-the-line sort of waves off Menauhant beach, but they were there Monday. This morning I see a couple of inches of fresh snow. Not enough snow for cross-country skiing, not enough ice for skating, and too cold for sailing, this has not been much of a winter for the outdoors here on the Cape unless you are into walking.

Just as this picture shows. You must be the quintessential arctic explorer and expert, big guy.
