|
|
Two windsurfing boards were stolen in the late night or early morning of Saturday/Sunday August 25/26, 2007 off of the top of a white Toyota Highlander parked behind the Best Western Inn (Casa Grande) in Arroyo Grande, California which is close to Lopez Lake. The boards were in board bags so the stupid thieves probably thought they were surfboards (Arroyo Grande is close to Pismo Beach which is a popular surfing area). The two boards are (pictures shown below):
2004 F2 Style 109 (260 cm) #F2603060078
in a Dakine board bag with gray bottom/silver top/camo side/red letters. The bottom front area has a noticeable retouching of white where a repair was performed.
2006 JP Freestyle 109 Pro Edition serial #unknown
in Dakine board bag that is all white with black trim and letters. There is a noticeable square in the decal at the nose of the board where a repair was performed but didn't match perfectly.
Both boards also have double-bolt Chinook mast base plates on them.
Please send me an e-mail if you have any information.
Thank you,
Christopher
