Some chide Floridian windsurfers for their not-always perfect conditions, but I tell you what -- it seems pretty good to me. And, I'd give my left nut for the SF Bay water temp to be as warm year-round as your gorgeous FL water.
Yeah, SF Bay ain't freezing, but *I* can tell the difference... |

Uh, well...I used to sail in winter in St Augustine when the air temp was 38, and the water was 50 something.
Now, further south you may have a point. |
