Actually, it's around 38 that things go from night to day for women. Men too. But why talk about dumping whom for what 20 year old? I'm talking about hitting on 20 something’s when you are an old, married, pervert, and then telling your friends behind us (obviously after getting rejected) that we would be better with 'flat heads and no teeth'? Doing it near your kids, too. Some of you even have wives coming to the launch and picking you up after play-play. You think I’m gonna do that when I’m your age? And what 'young hot 20 year old' will date a 50 year old of either sex? (after dumping mate also at 50?) Looser. Dream on! No wonder you guys wreck the beaches for normal guys. You want respect, go groom yourselves and show some dignity.

Again, where are you sailing Darcy? While I'm sure that there are indeed some perverted older married men who windsurf, that's hardly the norm.

It happens all of the time. I don't watch television, but even I've seen Oprah. And FYI, I'm not that old, yet, but looking forward to getting there; my example was hypothetical but based on witnessing a few more cycles of the earths rotation around the sun than you. From your attitude expressed in your initial post, I'm not surprised that you resorted to name calling.

There you go again insinuating that I'm one of those perverted older guys. You definitely have not seen me hitting on immature little girls. I am married and have an older, very mature, dignified wife, whom I love and respect.
Darcy, you obviously have no problem speaking your mind, so, if indeed some older pervert is hitting on you, tell him to get lost in no uncertain terms and move on. Why concern yourself with some idiot telling stories about hitting on you to his buddies.
None the less, if this is happening frequently to you, it's either from the same small click of perverted old men or your imagination is running wild. Most windsurfers are good decent people regardless of their age or gender.
If you had a better attitude, I'd introduce you to some great young guys with whom I often share the water. Frankly, your problem sounds like one related to Karma and will likely resolve itself when your attitude improves. |

I don't subordinate anybody, but rather elect to respond by poking fun at the ridiculous statements that Darcy (Pam) is making that the Gorge is filled with perverted old men and that there are no young guys with which to sail. Apparently you agree with Pam's silly perspective. In return, Alan decides to now insult my wife, because I don't choose to spend my weekends producing, marketing, and watching "grey" videos of perverted old men.

Not Springer, I think the old guy was referring to an episode of Oprah. Did anyone see that episode with 50 year old windsurfers from overpriced albeit small towns entice 20 year olds to join them in life and listen to their BS all day? Maybe he got that confused with a download from fartsandtarts.com or tamedteens.com. He did bring up porn. Note to wife: Check for deleted cookies.

I also think he got his meds mixed up today with his gibberish about the Pam-Alan thing (read the forum, old dude). Man, I was howling when I saw that Pamelaleemaui post. I was laughing so hard about it all day I almost peed in my wetsuit!

I am absolutely appalled at what I’m reading. It’s like everyone can read each others mind and is quick to point out the certainty of the dilemma. This cant be true. This Darcy person does not have a clue, and I bet her personality is snobbish, standoffish, and overall self-centered and ego driven. Like many young people who think their going to be superstars and can’t afford to have their reputations salted. Eventually, I think we all learn that where all in it together and learn to handle ourselves with dignity and respect regardless of the situation. What if? A man’s wife has ovarian cancer and can’t have sex; she and her husband agree that he may peruse other relations. Hey, look at these Hollywood guy’s, Sylvester, Michael Douglas, cruise, their women are at least 20-30 years younger. Oh yeah there stars. But aren’t we all. I’m middle aged. I have 40-60 something women hit on me all the time. Some of them many would call disgusting. I have chosen to see it differently. I know that many of these woman where once young, beautiful, and sexy. I absolutely still see that in them no matter what. What I think affects my attitude, and the way I relate to others. Why do you think there are so many people walking around frowning and acting angry? It’s because they have separated themselves from others by their negative thinking. Darcy you should be extremely grateful that anyone would even bother to talk to you. I suspect the way you’re going, you’ll end up un-happy, lonely, and divorced.  |
