Try this place for a new gasket kit for under $20.

Replacing an original Equipe gasket is a huge task. Be carefull removing the old one because the board skin will come with it. Finding a glue that will hold the new gasket in place is almost impossible. I played this game for a few years, replacing the gasket twice and re-gluing a dozen times. I never found a glue that really worked. The last stuff that I tried was Click Bond, an aircraft adhesive I found in Nevada.

Better to use gel silicone to lube the old gasket if it doesn't break up.
