Im about to the pull the trigger on a new Syncro 90. This will be replacing an old 1995 Electron. The new shorter, wider, shapes are so different from what Im used to, Im a little nervous. Thought Id check the forum for any feedback that might help in my decision. Thanks in advance! |

Great board. I tried it in Hatteras. I went with the 83 though only because Im not planning on using anything over a 5.3 on it. Anothe guy we stayed with picked up the 103. Theyre really nice boards. |

I tried this board last year at the Gorge WindFest, it was very very sweet! In this size Im used to a 1999 RRD Wave Cult, a good board, but the Syncro put it to shame. It planes up so easily, and is remarkably slashy for a 90 L board. I also tried the next size bigger, I think 105 L but didnt like it nearly as much. It was very good in the air too, but for some reason it was difficult for me to jibe. |

Thanks for the encouraging replies- I got the board. PLEASE be windy next weekend so I can try it out! I feel confident now I got a nice board. Still have some doubt about how well it handles chop, but regardless, I know it will be a fun board. Thanks. |

Two of my local Gorge buds tried them out last year and bought them immediately. They absolutely LOVE them, endlessly praising everything about them, especially their smooth ride in chop. Now they can ride bigger boards to accommodate holey winds without gaining a rough ride in chop.
