Just got our first sailable north wind since last spring on Black Butte Lake and boy it was a good one! 22-34 mph for hours on my 4.2, could see three others across the lake enjoying the same. Surely a sign change. |

hi tom; didnt see you at Rio this year-maybe still will. When Ive gone I have gone to the access. Jim did not sail much at Black Butte so far but now is retired. I moved to Reno, as you know, but wind has been spotty at best although good lately- but Washoe is barely a puddle now, PRAY For Snow this year to fill it up. Good luck with fall Flat water speed sailing at BB. Jeff |

OK found it, thanks. Thats pretty close to Thunderhill Raceway (West of Willows) scene of my other cash consuming addiction.
How reliable is the wind at the lake? When is the season? |
