How many fast food workers in North Carolina—or Mississippi or Alabama—need food stamps to survive?

Why would you care about survival in other states when homelessness is such an issue in your own state and city? How much has CA spent so far? How much did those pop up shelters end up costing tax payers, and to what outcome? Please Mac, while you seem to be so quick to point out hypocrisy in other's arguments, yours is so filled with the same. I know, you can't resist the temptation to be the passive aggressive condescending asshole you always have been, but probably best for you to STFU considering where you live.

Funny, I thought this thread was about fast food wages. I just read that some people can only focus on a subject for 47 seconds--I guess that explains angry seas.

If someone wants to start a thread about what to do about homelessness, with some insightful observations instead of making a troll post, they should feel free. I won't hold my breath.

Fast food minimum wage is the first topic in the thread. More to come since there are many.

I see the usual dodge by the leftists here regarding the topic of the budget deficit generated by your wonderful Governor. No wonder everything in Calif is incredibly expensive. There are no limits to the hole your state is digging, and if you keep it up, your inflation may catch up with countries like Venezuela. I wonder if your new minimum wage will spread to other businesses.

I don't believe your state is dumb enough to go with the reparations plan that is being considered, but nothing would surprise me in Calif.

While I haven't looked into this just yet, I wonder who will benefit from the possible highspeed rail from the LA area to Las Vegas, and who will pay to build it? Las Vegas must be getting exuberant about this new idea.

That is a matter of perspective. I don't find everything in California incredibly expensive. But if you consider it incredibly expensive & it keeps people like you out of our state, that is a good thing, isn't it?

People who don’t know much often don’t even know enough to know that they don’t know much. But they do go on. Spraying pig shit everywhere.

Seriously? SERIOUSLY? You guys are more concerned about the homeless than about pro-Hamas (.i.e., modern nazis) rioters tearing our country apart with no consequences? Can you spell Europe 1937?

I thought for decades that the solution for run-of-the-mill protestors blocking bridges in Seattle was bulldozers. For freaks screaming "Kill the Jews", "Death to America", etc. and physically assaulting Jews, we need to up the ante. It's time to use airport-runway-sized snow blowers.

I don't know Isos. Are you sure it isn't the same grandmas that you saw visiting the nations capital on January 6? Laughing Laughing Laughing

I thought the same thing, but when you took it on a tangent about pig shit, abortions, home prices, etc. It seemed your 47 seconds was up, and you'd set a precedent for the thread. Again, you see what a hypocritical condescending asshole you really are? Probably not, so again, probably best to just STFU. Maybe you should have started a separate thread there. I won't hold my breath.

Glad I could start a new thread; anything is better than the mindless BS that Baja keeps posting. One can tell by the lack of responses, that even those on the left choose to avoid his ad nauseam posts.
