Wohl and Burkman, who live in Los Angeles and Arlington, Va., respectively, have not yet been arraigned, Nessel’s office said, adding that it is “too early to say if formal extradition will be necessary or if they will present themselves here voluntarily in the very near future.”
Nearly 12,000 residents with phone numbers from the 313 area code in Detroit were targeted, Nessel’s office said. Attorneys general in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Illinois reported similar robocalls made to urban residents, amounting to an estimated 85,000 calls nationally, according to the Michigan office.
The caller, who claims to work for a civil rights organization founded by Wohl and Burkman, falsely says personal information for those who vote by mail will be shared with police tracking down warrants, credit card companies collecting outstanding debt, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requiring mandatory vaccinations. The caller tells voters to not be “finessed into giving your private information to the man.” Officials said the call exploited “racially-charged stereotypes.”
“Any effort to interfere with, intimidate or intentionally mislead Michigan voters will be met with swift and severe consequences,” Nessel said in a statement. “This effort specifically targeted minority voters in an attempt to deter them from voting in the November election. We’re all well aware of the frustrations caused by the millions of nuisance robocalls flooding our cell phones and landlines each day, but this particular message poses grave consequences for our democracy and the principles upon which it was built. Michigan voters are entitled to a full, free and fair election in November and my office will not hesitate to pursue those who jeopardize that.”

Those are each independent crimes, that should be 600,000 years they are facing. Every call was an independent crime on a person.
and as you know trump cannot pardon them for state crimes luckily, and your point is on target.

Ginsberg retired from law practice on Aug. 31, and a week later the historically tight-lipped legal eagle began to speak out about the almost daily disinformation coming from Trump. Since retiring, he’s written two op-eds for the Washington Post and has appeared on numerous TV news shows.
His main message is twofold. One, election fraud is rare, and there is no proof of anything close to what Trump constantly claims. And second, the president’s words are dangerous and harmful to the country.
“After decades of looking for illegal voting, there’s no proof of widespread fraud. At most, there are isolated incidents — by both Democrats and Republicans. Elections are not rigged,” Ginsberg wrote on Sept. 8.
“I can say with confidence that evidence to support the president’s words and threatened actions does not exist. The president has consistently been behind in the polls, and his aim appears to be seeding chaos in order to somehow cling to power,” he wrote on Sept. 29.
And in an interview with Showtime’s “The Circus,” Ginsberg said that Trump’s false claims are “corroding a pillar of the country and the democracy.” |

Last week, three trays of mail were found in a ditch in Greenville, Wisconsin. The Outagamie County Sheriff's Office reported at the time that there were several absentee ballots amoung the discarded mail.
A statement issued by the Wisconsin Elections Commission now casts doubt on that initial report.
Meagan Wolfe, the director of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, said that no Wisconsin ballots were found in the scrapped mail.
Ms Wolfe was speaking specifically about Wisconsin ballots in her statement. She said she did not know if ballots from other states were found.
The US Postal Service is investigating the incident.
Mr Trump capitalised on the story when it first broke. During Tuesday's presidential debate, Mr Trump claimed that ballots were being dumped in creeks.
"There's fraud. They found them in creeks. They found some, just happened to have the name Trump just the other day in a wastepaper basket," Mr Trump said. |

as we know that trump supporter before the 2016 election who sucker punched the black guy behind his back was a defense contractor worker who was convicted of voting in two states in a election... IE a trump hero.
