Any places world wide that have decent windsurfing in December?
Provide location, conditions, accommodations etc.

Besides Baja and Hawaii, my old boss used to rave about Taiwan and all the races held there in Dec-Feb.
You must know about S.Texas, Florida, and Hatteras.
We've been going to Puerto Rico the past 9 years.
My bud living in Tarifa says it blows hard in Dec. |

yes, Mohave is windy... it's also quite cold. Beautiful scenery and pretty cheap. Not really a destination for most, but convenient if you're based in LA or SD. I try to get there once or twice a year, but with foiling now, there's almost no need to travel that far for me (10 hours). October is warm, but by December it is cold (~50 water and sub 50 air).
OP mentioned "any place world wide" so I went with an international option Mui Ne that was non-obvious. Expensive to get to, but cheap once you're there.
BTW, Mui Ne hotels can be had for $10/night. Deluxe hotel is $50/nt. Beer is $0.50. three windsurf centers (two are russian and one is french owned). Not super beautiful (enjoyed the rest of Vietnam much more) but a few hours north the place Phan Rang looks epic. They even get wave conditions on occasion.

I think I missed the worldwide part. I was thinking about where reliable wind could be driven to from most of the USA.
Temperature is relative, 50 degree water is about the best we get in the summer. |

That's just brutal. 50 is typically what I sail in the spring in the Gorge.
