Yep, just like that. I don't see those anywhere on Chinooks web site.
Maybe the last of the previous Chinese UNIs.

Well, that's nice and all, but what I really want is the rubber uni with 2 Bolt quick disconnect. They don't have that yet, but I'm hoping

$68.00???!!!
JEEZ, guys ... swap meets. .
New: $10-$20 including two-bolt base plate
That's why I bought a box of them.
Yet I know many local sailors who have never been to a swap meet.
Support the CGW2.

I just couldn't stop them from twisting themselves loose while sailing.

Chalk up yet another reason to use only the two-bolt base.

I consider swap meet UNIs if they're new. Used UNIs are a little like used
masts. I might buy one, but you never know what they've been through,
and they're kinda critical to get you back to your beer cooler.

Have used 1 bolt bases since 1983.
Maybe a total of 100 days on 2 bolt.
So, 2,500 days on 1 bolt, including over 400 surfsailing days.
Once, the slug shattered on landing.
Maybe 7 times, got loose and slid forwards to front of track.
Never slid back and detached.
Had over 20 joint failures.
Snapped 6 boards in half.
Broke more than 12 carbon and 15 alu booms.
Definitely 15 masts.

Mech joints.
In mid 90's, used 100 days, got tight, no failure.
This year, 50 foil days and 10 hi wind ws days,no problems at all.

Had maybe 8 or so rubber joints break.
Mostly the bottom tips out of the plastic base, maybe one or 2 in the middle.
Working for Kinetic in early 2000, at least 600 rubber joints passed thru me...maybe 800.
