Then I guess car & knife manufactures could also be liable if they are used for murder. Not apples to apples, but similar logic. Regardless, that type of liability will never happen, not that some politicians would try to make it happen. |

For a large civilized country, having 40,000 people die every year due to gun violence is a big problem, whether you're a conservative or a liberal, you should be alarmed, and want better.... Only Brazil has more firearm deaths than the US. |
