It's called "due process" Mr. Matty. If you have read the Constitution, and legal decisions interpreting the due process clause, you might be familiar with it. But, expecting you to have read the founding document of our democracy and having a rudimentary understanding of the principles thereunder is a bit too much to expect from a foul mouthed, entitled, uneducated person such as yourself.
The people you mention, I have no idea who they are so I am unable to answer your questions regarding them. If they worked for Obama, so what? That makes them above reproach? |

Let me explain it to you as you appear to not understand. People are entitled to claim asylum under the law. Those who do are not illegal. Once the system processes their claims, then, and only then, is their status determined. It's the law. If you don't like the law, contact your representative a request a modification. However, I doubt you have ever communicated with your elected representative. |
