this is a thread to demonstrate that it is not some liberal aberration to know Trump is such a low life in-human. No-one can find a democrat at the top that ever had his own party really despise them. Where trump and right wingers here believe it is a liberal conspiracy. It cannot be with words and lifelong top level republicans standing up and out against him.
Listen to the words of former head of the RNC. Warning Americans our democracy is at risk with trump.
Does Trump have any real friends previous to being president other than the ones that work for him? Ya I know he said his best friend was Serial convicted Pedophile Epstein.
didn't a letter circulate and publish with 20 or so top republicans before the election. unheard of...

A GOP strategist quit the "corrupt" party of "feckless cowards" and will vote for Democrats. Steve Schmidt, a veteran of the George W. Bush White House, tweeted that the Republican Party “has become a danger to our democracy and values.” _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |

Fox News whistleblower: Fox anchors know it's Trump 'propaganda'
Quote: | Former Fox News analyst Ralph Peters speaks to Ari Melber about why he left the news network, claiming the anchors "understand that they are doing propaganda" for Trump and that the network has become a "destructive propaganda machine". Peters says hosts often say things on air that "they know are untrue" but are doing it "for ratings and money". |

Fox News Regular Bruce Turkel Quits Over Immigration Coverage
Quote: | Bruce Turkel, a Miami advertising executive who had been a frequent guest on Fox News, said in a sharply worded letter Wednesday that he will no longer appear on the network because of its coverage of immigration.
“Quite simply, the position Fox has taken on our government’s policy of separating children from their parents is too heinous for me to accept,” Turkel wrote in an open letter to Fox News.
Turkel, an author and branding expert who has appeared on a number of networks over the years, singled out Fox hosts Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity for remarks on the children affected by President Donald Trump’s family-separation policy.
Coulter claimed children seen crying in videos at detention centers were merely “child actors” who were given scripts. Hannity, according to Turkel’s letter, said they were part of a “rolling invasion.” Another Fox contributor said the children were better off alone in the centers’ cages than with their parents. Laura Ingraham downplayed the detention center cages as “summer camps” or “boarding schools.” |

Why Former Republican Governor Christine Todd Whitman Thinks Trump Should Resign
CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN TRUMP RESIGN POLITICS
SEPTEMBER 11, 2018 12:32 PM EDT
Quote: | Former Republican governor Christine Todd Whitman thinks Trump should resign.
“I’m someone who has served as a Republican governor. I’ve served two Republican administrations, I grew up as a Republican,” she stated. “There are times when you just put policy ahead of politics. You’ve got to call out this man. I believe he should resign and I think Republicans should at least start to move in that direction.”
Whitman says the language Trump uses has bothered her from the beginning.
“The language that he uses, his demonizing people, his dismissing people and marginalizing them has always been problematic as far as I was concerned,” she said. “His attitude toward government has been an issue. I think he’s undermining some of the very basic tenets that really form our democracy.”
She encourages other Republicans to put “the country ahead of your party,” and is asking Trump to start acting presidential.
“Think before you speak. Stop with th |
