Kim knows he is out of business for the time being. He has agreed to suspend missile and nuclear weapons tests because he is unable to do so anyway.

This has nothing to do with Trump.

North Korea erasing most anti-US propaganda
By Eileen AJ Connelly June 23, 2018 | 6:05pm | Updated
North Korea erasing most anti-US propaganda
North Korea's new posters depict unity and prosperity. DPRK
Nix the nuclear warheads, cue the doves.

The North Korean government is erasing much of its anti-U.S. propaganda following dictator Kim Jong-un’s forays onto the world stage.

Gone are the posters depicting the U.S. as a “rotten, diseased, pirate nation” and promising “merciless revenge” on American forces for an imagined attack on the totalitarian country.

In their place are cheery messages touting praising the prospects for Korean reunification and the declaration Kim signed in April with South Korean President Moon Jae-in promising “lasting peace,” according to reports.

ohhh to funny you do not post it comes another enquirer type media....

anyway, way funnier is this.... this is pure and simple lipstick on a pig...

there is no verification and he is absolutely moving his development along at a nuke pace... He has trump and the right wing eating out of his hand. Show me one shred of evidence he is not making missiles, and nukes and miniaturizing nukes.

For a bunch of paranoid delusional that the yellowcake was for going to war when there was no yellowcake... you are all caked out...

We are now at a much higher risk because of this farse than ever, no pressure to stop countries from violating sanctions so he is able to fund more weapons.

HHmmmmm:

North Korea has continued to upgrade its only known nuclear reactor used to fuel its weapons program, satellite imagery has shown, despite ongoing negotiations with the US and a pledge to denuclearise.

I've studied nuclear war for 35 years -- you should be worried. | Brian Toon |
Quote:

For the first time in decades, it's hard to ignore the threat of nuclear war. But as long as you're far from the blast, you're safe, right? Wrong. In this sobering talk, atmospheric scientist Brian Toon explains how even a small nuclear war could destroy all life on earth -- and what we can do to prevent it. A professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Brian Toon investigates the causes of the ozone hole, how volcanic eruptions alter the climate, how ancient Mars had flowing rivers, and the environmental impacts of nuclear war. He contributed to the U.N.’s Nobel Peace Prize for climate change and holds numerous scientific awards, including two NASA medals for Exceptional Scientific Achievement. He is an avid woodworker. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx

U.S. detects new activity at North Korea factory that built ICBMs: source

Quote:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. spy satellites have detected renewed activity at the North Korean factory that produced the country’s first intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of reaching the United States, a senior U.S. official said on Monday, in the midst of talks to compel Pyongyang to give up its nuclear arms.

Photos and infrared imaging indicate vehicles moving in and out of the facility at Sanumdong, but do not show how advanced any missile construction might be, the official told Reuters on condition of anonymity because the intelligence is classified.

The Washington Post reported on Monday that North Korea appeared to be building one or two new liquid-fueled intercontinental ballistic missiles at the large research facility on the outskirts of Pyongyang, citing unidentified officials familiar with intelligence reporting.

According to the U.S. official who spoke to Reuters, one photo showed a truck and covered trailer similar to those the North has used to move its ICBMs. Since the trailer was covered, it was not possible to know what, if anything, it was carrying.
