South Maui condo rental

hey guys, need some independent reviews of my condo website to see if you can ID if something is driving folks away. I am listed on one expensive vacation clearing house web site and a couple cheap ones. As of yet I have very few takers (over the last 4 months) and I know I am priced below what many comparables are listed on the net. I know summer is the low season for touristas but ?? Ive rented a number of times in Kihei, here are a few comments:

1. its a busy road, looks like you a real close, ie noisy.(I stayed at the nona loni and the noise was one of the reasons we didnt go back)

2. for about the same money you can get a condo on the other side of the road.

3. If you want to attract windsurfers, you need to tell them the advantages of renting your unit, (ie can you, rig on your lawn, carry you gear accross the road and sail)

4. what are the sailing conditions in front of your unit?, my recollection from what I can tell from the landscape, there is a real shallow reef out front(more so than maui sunset).
