will visit singapore and hong kong in october.
any info on wind and rentals for advanced shortboarder?
anybody know anything about mano mano in october?
how about stanly?

I was in Singapore and found the Windsurfing to be very limited. However, the nearby Island of Bintan offers great Windsurfing. The season weather changes constantly so you may want to call ahead to get the norms for the time you will be there. Many resorts offer Windsurfing on the Island of Bintan (Mana Mana offers the best location and equipment.)
