Does anyone have any experience windsurfing on the H4 wing (bat wing) vs the H1 or Fwnd1? Only info I can get is a youtube video of Tony. He's saying its more manuverable, with a higher top end than the H1. Also that it takes more to get it onto a plane. Not any reviews on these wings that i can find.
Looking for a swell surfing setup.

Ok Iíll answer my own question. Attached is graph from Stevenson today. Pretty nutty 3.7 hard to keep the H1 in the water. When it gets pushed
beyond itís very slow max speed it starts to vibrate which means you better slow down RFN. Very choppy water and the H1 was in constant danger of over
foiling.
The H4 had none of these problems. Turning down a swell it didnít hit an unstable max speed. It seemed much easier to control the foils hieght in the water. Over foiling didnít even seem possible. It did take a little more to get it on a foil, but there was no lack power today.

Not that anyone cares, but hereís more data.
Sailed 5.2 on the H1 until about 3PM. Was able to stay on the same sail and switch to the H4 until after 5. So, seems you can switch out wings just like you could go down to a smaller board. The sanity limit for the H1 is probably upper teens.
Next question: what is the H3 wing for?
