The DaKine bag is much more expensive than the Nielpryde. Is it worth the difference?
Thanks, |

Im not familiar w/DaKine sail bags but the Neilpryde bag doesnt allow any air in/out which is not good if your sail is even slightly wet & it stays in the bag until next weekend. Yeah, they look really cool but as is so often the case, have little functional value other than to protect against ultraviolet rays. Look for a bag w/mesh or one that breathes. |

The Da Kine bag is larger. If you have big sails, 9.0 or larger and you want to put a 520 mast in the bag, get a Da Kine bag. The NP will only hold up to a 490 mast. If you live in the SF Bay Area contact me at verywindy1@hotmail.com, I have a slightly used Da Kine bag for sale. |
